2) For cables, we do swinging test with weight in accordance to the required standards.
 3) For fire safety properties,we have equipment for fire resistance and fire retardance tests for cables and plastic casings.
 6) Sensitive electronic components are stored in airconditioning store.
 7) Our IPQC constanly check on the materials, equipment perimeter, working procedure, operator's. proficiency in the production lines, We use qualified and defective products to check on the reliability of the testing equipment besides regular periodical calibration. We have proper procedures fo any irregularity and deviation from the production process.
 1) Our IQC inspects all incoming materials according to MIL-STD-105E sampling standard. For those important materials like plastic casings, copper wires, power cords, electronic components, we inspect them with GS, TUV, IEC, CE, EN or other required standards accordingly. We are most cautious with Hi-Pot and fire resistance and fire retardance property of the materials.
 4) Besides, we inspect the colour tone difference, check on the reliability of the temperature fuses, and also the hardness
of the carton boxes.
 5) After IQC inspection, approved materials are orderly stored in the material store with proper control and recording. First In First Out is being practiced. All stored materials will be re-inspected periodically by IQC to ensure their usability. Sensitive electronic components are stored in air-conditioning store with temperature and relative humidity control.

 9) Qualified finished goods are stored orderly in the finished good warehouse.Every box of finished goods
will be weighed before shipping to ensure that short-count will not happen.
 8) Our OQC inspect all finished goods according to MIL-STD-105E sampling standard as well as other specified safety standards. Cosmetic and dimension, electrical properties including Hi-Pot, dropping tests are the standard items for inspection. All electrical tests will be recorded into computer automatically and will be printed out. These records will be attached to the "Quality Assurance" for every model in every shipment to our customers.
